That's the Portugal game next Sunday.

This match will have the least amount of US fans attending IMO.

I wonder what the attendance will look like for that one

The US has played Mexico at Reliant. It's a horrible set up for soccer and the US was not outnumbered.
I was definitely inebriated, but when we played Panama at reliant and Mexico had the late game, it felt like Mexico had as many fans there as we did.
I'm sure the numbers don't back that up, but it's one of the things I remember about that game.
I was in the AO section behind the goal and Mexico was everywhere.

Apparently the rainforest games are a hit for all the fans. Lots of people want to travel to such a remotes place.

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong stadium but the one the US is playing in doesn't seem to be in a rainforest but in a downtown center?

I don't see why it's impossible. We already know Americans bought a lot of tickets.

We did.
USA has the most fans of any non South American country in Brazil. The AO had a deal where you could pay $5,000 for the entire trip and they obtained three private jets to travel from match to match apparently too. We'll be very well-represented at all three matches.

Americans does not equal USMNT fans. A lot of the Mexican fans you saw yesterday were probably from the US.

I'm sure that's the case, but you have to think we should have a very sizable portion of the crowd on our side.

I'd guess most neutrals will side with Ghana and neither team will really have any advantage from the crowd.

Half the stadium I think not. Lets not get out of hand here. If 20k made the trip down there in general thats insane but for all to get tickets and be at the game

Natal officials tell @samborden they expect as many as 20K USMNT fans at game tonight. In a stadium that holds less than 40K.
