Is Aguirre retiring? He’s 67 and there isn’t much for him to do in terms of his career.
I welcome his retirement as he was a good coach. And from what we’ve seen of many famous players with limited experience taking over high-profile gigs, Marquez probably won’t be as successful as Aguirre.

i get irrationally angry watching that piece of shite foul people the way he did. There is a 100% chance that if i was at the level (in a dream world playing for the USMNT) and played against him i would have kicked that mother fricker in the face, and happily walked off with my red card. Hell i would have brought my own red card to show myself after i did it. Would have waited for a goal kick, came from the side and Liu Kang kick him in the jaw. I would have practiced it to make sure i could get that high and kick him.
There are plenty of reason to not like the mexican national team, but he's extremely high on my list of why i still hate the mexican national team.
I hope someone from the USMNT "accidentally" kicks him or slide tackles him on the sideline

I have always liked Aguirre. Growing up near the border i had that exact same moment he had with Gordon with so many of my Mexican friends dads and uncles and grandpas.
