I'm curious to know what made 3 of those ballots invalid.

They were written in pen and unable to be erased to put Blatter's name on them.

Yeah, I think it'll pretty much stay as it is. Maybe the second vote is a ploy to prepare the authorities to rush him on the livestream. That's the world I want to live in.
