While we’ve all been looking at Leeds USA, Tim Ream and Jedi have consistently been solid for Fulham. Not bad for a team just promoted (again) this year being top 10 in both goals conceded and clean sheets. Only 6 points behind the top 4 in the table, they quietly keep climbing. Hopefully they’ll be able to maintain this run and stay clear of the seesaw relegation/promotion spells from years past.

Just think, Ream almost didn’t make the WC squad!

(Fun fact: when I was in grad school in St. Louis, I used to coach against Ream when he played for St. Dominic in high school)

All the youth and high profile players we have (more than any other time), and our best player is a 35 year old center back who wasn't even on the depth chart a year or so ago.

It's just another cruel joke the soccer gods love to play on US fans.

I think that's more praising Ream for leveling up over the last year than it is an indictment on our player pool.

It's fun to joke about an old dude being our best player, but Ream went from borderline EPL rotational player to one of the best CB's in the league from his age 34 to age 35 season.

Fulham having a great year. Finally got their recruitment right. Shows how important that is. Paulinha is a stud.

Also Willian is balling out at 34 like his prime Chelsea days.

Paulinha...what can we say about him?? My gracious, one of Fulham's most effective acquisitions in decades!

How about Manor Solomon, we need to sign a deal with him and Shakhtar before yesterday.

To put the stamp on the season, the club MUST beat a current top four, which we have not done. Fulham went toe-to-toe with Arsenal before a last minute goal; City before deBruyne faked that penalty on the edge of the box; Newcastle beat us late, and Spurs beat us late on. Need to return the favor

Never been in there.
We got a dose of our own, yesterday. Ugh.
BUT
Manor Solomon!!!! Holy Moly!!! Five goals in five games. Watching him, his ball skills, AND that shot from the left to the far post, it's his calling card and no one can stop it!!

Good job yesterday making certain to stay on side after Andreas' free kick and tap it home.

That’s a friend of mine. They are just trying to promote people coming there for Premier league games, Leeds and Fulham are two teams they focus on because of the American angle.
