A PK for intentional handball for blocking your own players clearance out of the box? How on earth is that an intentional handball?
The first one where he gave PSG a free kick was weird but I don’t think it would’ve been a second yellow on Nuno regardless.

Is intentional handball the rule? That definitely could have been changed back in the last year or two and I missed it.

I think natural position is more of a proxy for a question of whether it was intentional when it ends up blocking an opponent’s shot or cross (although idk if that’s the official rule, but seems like that’s the thought behind it). That was obviously not intentional.
Also just zero advantage gained for PSG or an obstacle to Bayern. Think that would be a pretty severely against the spirit of what should be a penalty for handball. And Bayern asking for it is pretty weak.
