Enzo played on Saturday. It was good game for him in that he didn't do anything blatantly horrible.

Will we see the entire second half of the squad against Barrow?

2nd and 3rd.

My big question…do we see Chilly?

I’ve read he’s working his way back into the first squad so I hope so. Chilly has always been a favorite of mine. Just don’t know if he’s the same guy since his injury.

he simply cant go backwards anymore at a level required of extended EPL play

he can still go forward well, he is very valuable on set pieces, he can go backwards for short terms, so being a bench guy is his role until they find a home for him

Cucurella is just better at everything required of the position

Chilwell isn't in the starting 11, but he's on the bench.

Jörgensen | Veiga, Badiashile, Disasi, Gusto | Dewsbury-Hall, Casadei | Mudryk, Félix, Neto | Nkunku are the starters.

Didn’t get to watch it but saw highlights. Barrow didn’t put up much of a fight but they boys did what they needed to do. Glad to see Neto get his first, Felix get a nice one on a free kick, and Nkunku’s hat trick was nice. Best part of all though was the clean sheet. And Chilly getting minutes.

No one had a bad game. But, Mudryk still didn’t do anything of significance. We’ve probably seen the last of him in blue.

I thought h that he had a really good match. An assist, multiple crosses, pressing defense, good runs, good positioning. He also unleashed a cannon of a shot from distance that was an excellent strike.

What wasn’t to like?

I don't disagree that he did everything you described. I missed the assist.

But, my feeling was that he had to really show out, e.g. with a goal or some aggressive attacks, to keep his spot on the team. The game was against Barrow. The things you described are what he should be doing against EPL teams. He should be doing more than that against a a team like Barrow. With so many wingers on the team, I don't see how he gets a minutes in real matches.

Why?

Maresca said that he was the #2 left winger.

We will see.

I get that it was Barrow, but I saw nothing his play that was a negative. Quite the contrary actually, I thought that he played really well.

Maresca will ultimately make the decision, but at this point, he seems to want him at Chelsea.

We’re pretty healthy for tomorrow including Lavia who has been out for a month. Reece is out but Gusto is back and played vs Barrow. Tough decision for Enzo for the first XI.

We are destroying their high line.

Enzo has been playing dime balls.

Madueke has cost us two goals (so far), although for one of those chances, he made the defensive read to spring the attack.

Sanchez have them a goal, but made a nice reactive save.

So far so good (2-1 Blues).

Sanchez and our back 4 immediately give it right back. It's laughable how sloppy we are with the ball back there.

Sanchez may as well be playing for Brighton. Colwell has also looks liked shite.

Thank God for CP’s first half hat trick.

frick Sanchez. Either let Jorgenson play or go find a keeper in January. I’m sick of his shite. And the back line looks like hell again. This team is so damn inconsistent. Palmer is everything
