Chalobah was playing well at the end of the season. That loss would hurt. Omari has never played significant minutes here. Broja - no huge loss. Osimhen- is he really the answer? Expensive gamble to me.

He is world class imho.

With Conte now managing Napoli, Lukaku may want to sign there.

I mention it, because it could take a little bit of the pain out of signing VO.

I would prefer to keep him as well. That being said, I believe that Tosin is a better player.
With his ability to pass out of the back, play the ball in the air in either third (remember, no more Silva…and we were weak in the air with him, and he was our best defender in the 18), and penchant for averaging nearly one shot on goal per match, our back line may have improved despite losing Silva and Chalobah.

In other news, Ross Barkley signs with Villa for two years. That’s dude has 9 lives. Seems like he’s been playing forever. Good for him.

CFC are targetting a GK that can play the ball and even move into the back line to be the backbone of Maresca’s plan

Speaking of keepers, I was shocked see that David de Gea is unsigned and out of work. He is like 33 or 34.

That’s crazy to me.

Chelsea is pleased to announce the signing of striker Marc Guiu from FC Barcelona.

The Spaniard has agreed a five-year deal with the Blues, which includes a further one-year option, and will join up with his new teammates for pre-season.

'It's an immense joy to sign for Chelsea and I struggled to sleep ahead of the journey here because I was so excited,’ said the 18-year-old. ‘Ever since I was small, it was my dream to play in the Premier League.

'Now I have the opportunity to come here to Chelsea and I will work my hardest to be successful for the club.'
