I'm legitimately concerned for the safety of some German fans in Brazil. Hell, I'm concerned for the safety of many Brazilians.

A result like this may actually lessen the violence. If it had been a close, controversial loss things would burn.

Macca and Ian are incredulous.

They are going to be great fun to listen to if this keeps up.

I mean the game is over and all but I'm actually almost more intrigued to watch now to see how Brazil handles this.

Won't be surprised to see some shite go down, though it would be incredibly stupid by Brazil if they do play dirty.

Why did the announcer say "I hope the people in the US are watching?"

probably referring to the dumbasses that complain about not enough scoring

This is how Germany repays Brazil's hospitality for harboring all those Nazis?

If I was German in Brazil I'd be on the next plane home. It could get brutal.

Naw, they just need to go to Blumenau, Santa Carina, or Florianóplis.

Never. Brazil have the most WCs all time. Germany should try to score 20

Does this qualify as a legendary beat down in a historical context for teams that have gotten this far in the World Cup?

I would say this would be one of the most notorious losses/beat downs in history. Losing Neymar and Silva and the home team crumbles..
