Man, Ryo is a true talent. Interesting with Theo, Ox, Gervihno and him as potenial wingers. What to do? In Arsene we trust. Losing Cesc, Nasri and no Jackie Boy this season it is amazing where we are. Wnger really should be Manager of the year IMO.

Hes like miles, i hate his stubbornness, but you really cant question him. Results speak for themselves, trophies or not. Just think ab guys like sagna and rvp, two of the best at their positions. And there are numerous player before them that have flourished under wengers tuteledge.

77 minites into the wolves game, rvps pk was awesome. Its funnny that i know the outcome, yet i still jumped out of my seat when he converted it.

I dont know whats up with ramsey, i dont think he played bad, but his touch just isnt there rt now. And how does benayoun just pull goals out of his arse?

The Walcott goal was even better. Run of play goals are always better than PK's.

Yeah, it happened quickly after i was still thinking ab rvp dicking the keeper. Either way, walcott just keeps getting better and more confidant. Both those give and go plays were beautiful. After walcotts goal, that defender took him out. Still think he should have been carded for that. Mayne it wasnt bad, but from my view it looked brutal.

Ox will be deployed centrally more and more, I believe is the plan.

Who knows how long Rosicky can keep up his level of play. Where do we play Ox, as an AM?

He's got a fricking shot on him. Honestly, the guy he reminds me most of build and skill wise is Wayne Rooney.

The great thing about Arsenal right now is there's actually arguments over who should start bc there's too many serviceable players. Imagine next year with everyone healthy plus the addition of Ryo and our summer signings.

Im pumped. Keep rvp and stay healthy. It will be a large task considering the past, but they really wont need to bring in anymore players if they do.

I too agree that Ramsey did decently well last match, but his touch is so inconsistent. He'd make some very cheeky touches, but then mishandle first touches.

Its always nice to make scrub players from rival clubs (benayoun) and make them very serviceable on our squad. I think it shows how different our teams style of play is compared to Chelsea's.

Im just hoping to see Walcott play up top like he so desires, since we will have Ox who can play out right, and Podolski who can play out left. But we will stick to our 5 man mid with Theo out right and Podolski out left most likely.

I wonder with Arteta, Wilshere, Ox who plays where? Arteta probably wont be a staple player for more than 2 seasons, but does Wilshere take over his box to box role? Ox is pretty much and out and out attacking player so he'd have to be an AM if he played central.

And yes, Ox can rip some shots, and he loves to dribble and take on defenders. We haven't had someone to actually challenge defenders off the dribble in a while, not counting Walcott pushing ball past a defender and blazing on by with his pace.

Next year there's going to be a gluttony of midflielder's to choose from. To fill 5 positions, you'll have Song, Ramsey, Arteta, Rosicky, Wilshere, Ox, Gervinho, Theo, Ryo, and Podolski. Plus possibly Frimpong and Coquelin, although i think they'll be loaned out

Next year, Wenger has to show some tactical variation. He arguably killed Arshavin's career after he made him play as a lone striker in 2009 instead of going back to a 4-4-2. Arshavin was awesome before then, and after that point was a shadow of a player.

The 4-4-2 will help so many of our players, including Ox, Ryo, Theo, Ramsey and the full backs, while at the same time it would hurt players like Song and Rosicky. Against big teams and on the road, playing our version of the 4-2-3-1/4-1-4-1/4-3-3 (all formations we've used in the past) is fine, and at home or when teams threaten to play ten behind the ball, we go 4-4-2. I'm not against sitting deep, winning the ball and then breaking forward as fast as we can, like we once played. If we have this many decent players, then we should be able to adapt to European games which require a more pensive approach. The problem I have with Wenger is adaptability. He's tactically stubborn which costs us more games than it should. Fergie is able to dominate the league and be competencies in Europe because of his insistence on adaptability. I wish Wenger would learn that. At that point he would have to sacrifice his principles. But the one time he sacrificed his attacking principles, we were within 15 minutes of winning the European Cup. This is the most frustrating aspect of our team for me.

I missed the Wolves game. I didn't even know it was happening and now there's no game this weekend when I have time :`(

my life is in shambles (it's not really ... just incredibly busy). but it's in shambles.

From Andre Santos

quote:

In the first half Balotelli almost broke Song’s leg, than he harshly tackled Sagna. Someone had to be hard on him,put him in his place. Someone had to say something to him because he was doing what he wanted, and that’s not how things work.

I was watching from the bench. When I was on the pitch I’d have the job to mark him,and that’s what I did. It’s part of the game.

Got this from Arseblog LINK

Some of the comments are good.

Just a heads up guys. Gladbach v Cologne is being shown on espn3.com at 8:30am CST this morning. I am going to watch Podolski against a good team for sure.
