Calafiori being rested and playing amazing ball this season. Life is good. Life is really good. That baw IMO is the best and most rounded player on the team. He makes everyone's 5 a side. Need him healthy all season

8th clean sheet in a row, most for us since 1903.

First English team to win 4 & concede none in the first 4 games of a CL campaign since the 70s

We are really on another level.

I was worried about the injuries racking up but it didn’t faze us.

If we had no martinelli, Jesus, Havertz, Partey, Odegaard last season i would have just given up.

Our young lad Max became the youngest UCL player ever. This team is absurd.

Luis Diaz picked up a red in Bayerns game today, so he’ll miss the game against us in a few weeks.

If we manage to win that one, all but guarantees a top 8 finish. Needed 16 to get in last year and that would put us on 15 with Inter (A), Club Brugge (A), and Kairat Almaty (H) left

I thought he looked a little shaky early on, but he really came into his own in the 2H

Will be a huge asset against quick RW, he is FAST

Merino is just insane. His ability to find spaces in the box that put him into position to score and then proceeds to score 19 goals in 2025 as a midfielder turned striker is crazy. The Spanish FA have to love Arteta for what he has made for them.

Sunderland away is the one. The Stadium of Light is no joke and that atmosphere will be rocking. Similar to Newcastle away just with less talent. Excited to see how we measure up with so many people out.

Merino somehow reminds me a bit of Giroud. Not necessarily playing style, but big guy in front scoring goals when we need it.

However, Giroud's form would decline each season around January or so. Still loved the sexy Frenchman.

Spot on. However, their "lesser talent" have them up on the table. Sunderland supporters will bring the energy.

Would love for my nerves to be pointless and we produce another convincingly strong win. We can do it.

I don't want the media to push the clean sheet record so far down our throats. Obviously, I want to continue our fantastic run of clean sheets.

I'm hopeful Arteta is drilling into the team 3 points each game week is what truly matters. Clean sheets sure do help that goal tho!

He is the first player in ten years to win all of his 8 or more duels in a European competition.

Pretty crazy we just keep stacking beasts on the back line.

Jesus practicing with the team again. Will be nice to get all of our attackers back and have lots of variation in how we can attack teams
