It’s been so rare for him to get even a little bit of space, was great to see him blast his goals in when he did. His holdup play was also extremely good. If we can get that going….

Didn't read the article: but with Dec not always being in the group of 5 closest to goal anymore, this makes a lot of sense. He's a destroyer for transitions. Plus Saliba

I've we draw Leverkusen, we'll be on the side with Bodo/Athletico Madrid/Newcastle.
A perfect draw (seemingly) would have Newcastle/Barca, Atheltico/Spurs, Bodo/Sporting
Leaves PSG, Liverpool, RM, Chelsea, City, Bayern on the other side and wouldn't face any till a final.
But like you said, if we play like we can, I back us over a 2 leg tie against just about everyone (assuming we're healthy minus Merino)

Newcastle and city are already playing each other in the fa cup. So that’s 5 times they are guaranteed to play each other. Why would anyone want that?
