Going to be a fight for top 4.
The offense sucks. And we aren’t doing anything different game after game after game.

We have no chance of a title until we sign a striker. This Arteta ball in the final 3rd won’t do it.

and somehow liverpool is able to score two goals a man down when arsenal can’t even get a shot on goal when they go down
To a team we scored 1 fricking goal against with a full 11.

Wholeheartedly disagree.
The current top 4 will be the top 4 in May and I strongly believe that.
Just stay in the top 4 and try to win the FA and Champions League.
This shite fricking sucks at the moment

12-2 (0 on goal/0 saves for raya) shot advantage, 76% ball possession. 8-2 corners and ZERO goals. Its criminal our attack.

It’s the same story every time we drop points. The strategy sucks, because we have exactly 1 good finisher on this team, and he gets doubled or triple teamed every time he gets the ball. Teams just sit back, let us possess the ball and hope we don’t score a set piece.

That’s 3 straight PL games that we haven’t scored an open play goal also.

Kai ain't it. We desperately need someone clinical up there. Ø has to get out of his funk in front of the net too
We will easily make top 4. Pool not dropping 3 points is frustrating

Stop Saka, stop Arsenal. It's that simple.

Wasn't a big fan of the second half subs today. MLS was playing too well to come off

Behind Chelsea by 4 pts now, and they’ve scored 8 more goals than us
Only 3 pts above City and they’ve won like 1 game in 2 months

Sorry to derail yet again. But I did end up successfully getting tickets to the match Wednesday vs Crystal Palace for the ol lady and I on our honeymoon.
It will be our first time at the Emirates and even though the team is in a bit of a funk, I am beyond fired up. Any match day advice? Things to do before near the stadium? In the stadium? Appreciate any suggestions.

Get there early, take your time going through the store, and then go grab some drinks at Tollington Arms. It's going to be packed but well worth it.
After the game the area empties out quick, we walked down hollaway road to try to find a spot for drinks and no one was out post-gaming
The metro is also closed for a while post games

Our summer recruitment was really poor now we can look back at it.
Our best signing was Raya, who was the starter the previous season. We didnt make the squad better.
And because we bought another injury prone defender, somehow Tierney is back in the fold. We went backwards.

It was inexcusable, maybe even malpractice to not add a high end attacker to this team to take them over the top.
Instead we “solidified” the midfield and defense, which didn’t actually solidify anything

Looking at the forwards hes bought
Sterling, Trossard, Jesus, Willian and Marquinhos.
Kai Havertz was bought to play midfield.
This is pretty piss poor. The two teams above us bought a shite load of forwards. We need better forwards.
Gks hes brought in.
Ryan, Neto, Runarsson, Raya, Ramsdale, Turner.
He bought more keepers than forwards.

Trossard and Jesus are fine for starting cup games and weaker PL teams, but we rely on them to beat Liverpool & City
If he can get some attackers over the next 2 windows, he can right some wrongs, but as of now, we’re going to struggle to score goals against teams because all they’ve got to do is slant defense toward Saka and then we’re just hoping for a prayer

The upgrade needs to be better than trossard and Martinelli. Those two can be your rotational guys and Jesus and sterling can be off the team.
Martinelli gets in great positions, either free or one on one and not enough goals and assists come from those positions. The best we can hope for is him kicking it off someone for a corner. We need a speedy guy with end product. So like a 23 year old sterling.

For the price we'd have to pay for an upgrade over those two, give me an upgrade over Kai instead. Will probably cost a similar amount, since it'll likely cost 80-100m to upgrade
The only reasoning I can think of to why we invest so heavily into our backline is because that is what lost us the 22/23 title when Saliba went down, but it's not like any amount of money spent on defenders will replace one of the best CBs in the world.
