Yet we will still buy no striker next window.

Decent chance we lose all 3 games this week.

Season over before the calendar changes

lol. This season went from sugar to shite in a hurry. Forget the league. Let’s just hope we’re not back in Europa.

My patience with Arteta is running thin.

Our offensive scheme is basically hold the ball and hope Saka does something

He has us in positions we haven't been in since Wenger. This team has had some brutal injury luck this early in the season. You could see the lack of sharpness in the final 3rd that we usually bury

We had 1 shot on target.

All he has done in the last 3 years is bring on defenders & midfielders

Our attack can’t be dependent on 1 guy being healthy all the time

The Arteta talk is wearing thin. Team has looked weak and vulnerable for weeks now.

i’ve been silently thinking this as well

top 6 is much stronger than the last couple years, which arsenal benefitted from greatly

wasn’t able to watch the match but was it another one of those classic games where they sit on the ball acting like they are up 4-0, even after going down 1 in first half?

Arteta has earned grace and leeway. I for one do not want to go back of the suicide days if Mustafi, Sokratis, Luiz, Kolasinac, late Bellerin.

I believe our form will turn up soon but right now it is very bad. In the bright side the most difficult away games left are at Chelsea (next week) and at Liverpool in May i think. We are really to the point of no margin for error.

I don't expect to beat Chelsea next week either. This has been the saddest start to the season in I think 3 years. Dumbass red cards, dumbass injuries, bad form, uncharacteristic defending.

I’m probably schizophrenic and freely admit I’m not the most knowledgeable fan. But this stretch has resurrected all my doubts that Arteta is the man to lead this team to a PL trophy. Injuries or no, this performance and this loss was absolutely fricking inexcusable.

I'll definitely give you performance but better teams have lost at Newcastle. Along with City, Liverpool, Spurs, it is one of the hardest places in the league to win.

Martinellis form has been atrocious this season. It seems like he's lost that burst that made him lethal

apparently he’s still the fastest on the club but i’ve watched games this season and last where he was chased down both with and without the ball

love his work rate but at the end of the day we need him to produce on goal involvements

7 pts back from Liverpool, and they don’t look to be slowing down

5 back from City even with them losing today

Arne Slot comes in and has Pool looking better than we have in 6 years under Arteta.

They need to commit funds to the attack or they need to go in another direction

Today made me want to throw up.

Trossard at the 10 is NOT the solution.
Martinelli, Gabriel Jesus, good lord. They're in the worst form of their life.
Declan Rice, how do you miss that sitter at the end?

The biggest one, Odeegard, we need him back so bad.

Jesus Christ some of you. Pool has an incredible squad, that has not changed at all from Klopp to Slot. They've had an incredibly easy start to the year too. Let's see how they do in these final weeks of '24

Now take away Trent for 4 games like Timber/White, Salah for 2 games like Saka, Szobo for 6 like Odegaard, Van Dijk for 2 like Saliba/Gabriel, Robertson for 4 or 5 like Calafiori.

Plus they have literally only played us away and I think Villa.

We have play City, Newcastle, Spurs, Villa, and next week Chelsea all away from home

Take any of those guys away from Pool or City and they wouldn’t do this
