Please tell me what you would have done differently? The only thing for me is I would have taken out trossard instead of Sterling

lol you don’t win games with ten men in the modern game. Not when the red card is early in the first half of a tie game.

Arsenal lead the league in red cards. Fewest cards against. Fewest penalties awarded.

That’s not a coincidence. You can’t win the league with those numbers

You drop Rice into backline where he plays half the time anyway and play with a 2 man midfield.

Our base defense when we aren’t pressing is having the Wingers play line wingbacks anyway

3 Red Cards in 8 Games is something you just can't do if you want to win the PL, even if the first 2 are non-sense.

5-2-1 isn't the end of the world given the away stadiums we've played at. But not having Saliba for Liverpool is no bueno.

Bringing on kiwi that early in the game was absolutely retarded, especially since he is inarguably our worst defender.

Direct cause of the penalty and essentially ended the game

Who is Salibas back up? No Way we can risk Timber either. It is probably gonna be White, Calafiori, Gabriel, Zinchenko but I prefer Kiwior because I never want to see Zinchenko ever again.

Yet another reason Tomiyasus injury completely fricks us man.

If they were fit it would be White, Timber, Gabriel and Calafiori

What other choice do we have? Semenyo was tearing White a new one and Gabriel was constantly having to sprint across. We needed someone in that space and Kiwior played there 2 seasons ago so there is some chemistry

We also controlled the game much better in the second half. If Gabrielli scores that chance we get something out of the game.

Bournemouth scored on two set pieces. It is what it is. Soccer is a game of luck a lot of times and there’s a tendency to overanalyze. We just didn’t get any real breaks and made two really bad mistakes

Someone on reddit pointed out that we have play 0 minutes with our first choice squad this year. Actually kinda insane.

Raya
White/Timber, Saliba, Gabriel, Calafiori
Rice, Merino
Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli
Havertz

I think we get those guys back and we go on a big run. For now we just have to rely on "squad" players

Holy hyperbole….. we have only dropped points in PL games in which we have received a first half red card.
But you can’t win games consistently with 10 men. Gotta clean that up. Big game next week vs Liverpool

We were just missing Odegaard and saka though. We aren't going through the season injury free either.

Im looking at it like this, we have dropped 7 points in the red card games. Thats damn near impossible to make up.

We dont win on Sunaday and we are now 7 points behind liverpool and 6 behind city.

We cant get that back even if we beat city and Liverpool in the second games.

I completely get that but Liverpool and City will drop points one weekend when no one expects it. It's 8 games in.

Is Gabriel Jesus intent to make the wrong decision every single time he has the ball at his feet?

Shoot! Na I'll cross a bullet over to Martinelli who is out of position.

Soft pass to an overlapping Havertz! Na I'll cross a bullet over to Calafiori

Cross it! Na I'll hit the 18th row with this dumbass shot.

Right in time for Tierney to be fit Left back FC strikes again

This is legitimately one of the most boring games I've ever seen from us.

We have so many fricking injuries man. We just have to get past this shite period.

Pool is going to throttle us this weekend.

Best defense in the league, and we can’t seem to put the ball in the net. Arteta didn’t sound optimistic about Saka playing
