Shame that 2nd half was so lackluster. Really poor defending on their goal.

Glad Raya is here to push Ramsdale. He's getting worse each match I watch him.

I have never rooted for a player more than Havertz ever so he can prove dumbasses like you wrong

We can tell your love is strong. BBC Sport has given him a 6.04 player rating for today. There must be a lot of dumbasses out there...or may be its just you.

Learn to read. I said Wilshire.

P.S. watch the "Back Home" documentary on the Arsenal Youtube channel. I genuinely love that guy. He lives and dies Arsenal and his injuries broke my heart.

Maybe you should consider counseling for your rage issues

Go Gunners!

Again, the difference between us and city at the end last year was ruthlessness. Yes, injuries played a part but we lost it in the end. We need to learn to bury teams when that opportunity arises vs going into cruise control.

Agreed. Figured they would have learned from last year that you can't get complacent with a lead.

It's Wilshere dumbass.

Also congrats on your take that Havertz is a disaster and useless while only having played one official competitive game for the club! He will gel with the team. His positioning has already gotten better from the first preseason game. He is going to get better.

I thought Kai played well today. Kind of wish we would have made the defensive sub a little earlier to try and keep the 2-0 result. We dominated that match until the 83'

Not at all. Raya is 10X better with his feet, and Ramsdale is absolutely dreadful on corners. I hold my breath every time.

I don’t think he is getting worse but he definitely scares me a little on corners and is prone for bone headed mistakes. I personally think Raya is currently better overall.
Unrelated, I’m very surprised no one has come for Tierney other than Sociedad for a loan. He’s a quality traditional left back.

He terrifies me on corners. Competition is always good and if Raya is coming in to compete for the #1, so be it.

Growing concern at Arsenal that summer signing Jurrien Timber suffered a serious knee injury on his debut in Saturday's win over Nottingham Forest. Set for lengthy spell on the sidelines.

I wonder if this injury keeps Tierney at Arsenal this season.

Timber tearing his ACL is the most brutal news I have heard in quite sometime. He was going to be special this year. Unreal.

The interesting aspect is that I saw all this news about Tierney leaving before August ends. Why would we sell him now?

Zinchenko and Tomiyasu are both injury prone. Need to keep them both for depth because the guy we brought in for depth is now hurt.

Tierney is injury prone too which sucks.

I feel decent about Kiwior being there but is Saliba's back gonna hold up.

shite is crazy.

Timber going out is a massive blow. His adaptability is going to hurt. Sell Tierney and use the $ to buy players.

Arsenal released an update that is a non update. Basically more tests to come, but I imagine it’s a significant knee injury
