Thought they won the game in the first 10. Switched off for the next 80. Really only one of the preferred back four today, and it shows.

West Ham may lose by seven goals. This is like the best EPL team playing an MLS team.

just no threat going forward after the 2nd goal and most of second half similar to last week

west ham did pretty good for having a mid week game and being a bottom 6 club in the league

which leads to believe i don’t think it matters if city has mid week games

they have too much quality and depth for it to be a problem

The only potential points I see City dropping the rest of the season are against us at home and away at Brighton whenever that is played.

I fear today was the dagger.

If there was ever a time and a season to finally win away at the Etihad, it is this one.

We are completely different without Zinchenko and Saliba. Devasting man. I'm shell-shocked.

It’s just crazy to me that when we are up, it seems like teams can’t miss their half chances, while we fluff ours.

Saka really seemed off. Not just his pk miss, but he had at least two chances that if he took it on his right foot, should have put them on frame.

A cross spilled out in the back, he should have hit 1st time with his right. Instead he pulled it back on his left and 6 defenders got in front of goal. Then the 3 v 2, the defender was playing him to his left foot. If he keeps it outside he either gets a shot or cut back.

We are simply not ruthless enough. City goes up 2 and they go for 3,4,5,etc….. We simply swith to cruise mode and let teams stay around. It’s the only difference between us and City.

Yeah and the only other difference is them outspending us by 500 million.

We have to be perfect the rest of the season. I think we win our remaining 4 home games. I think we beat Nottingham Forest away.

The season comes down to City away and away at Newcastle

Yeah basically we just cant go blow to blow with city, still a novice manager and a thinner squad.

But, dropped points agianst west ham, southampton, loss to everton. Cant have that. Its not even a guarantee we beat southampton on friday with the way we are playing, but those games lose you the league.

We are completely different without Zinchenko and Saliba. Agree 100%, when do we get them back? I mean we are playing Rob Holding rn.

And Gabriel again, wtf was that? That was ridiculous high school shite. Saka’s PK was not close. We are falling to the pressure, it was bound to happen mates. We are serious underdogs for the title now, but locked in Champions League. Still a great season.

It’s ok they are just kids, they will learn

If you are here at Finns today, sorry not sorry, but man the amount of negative energy yall have is disappointing. Did a walk through for a piss and didn't hear a positive thought.

They live in Nola and the one thing that could bring them huge joy this year is fading.

Only thing that would be worse is seeing that and then coming out to your car stolen.

You can look at this one of two ways.

1) We choked and were best team in the league but couldn’t handle the pressure and it’s all shite, or

2) MC was really the much more experienced better team all long and we did all we could to compete with them and this was a great season, and we are back where we should be competing for championships.

If you are going to consider being eligible for champions league, and a number 2 finish to the two time defending champions as a bitter disappointment, I feel for you.

I prefer to take option 2 and to look at the glass half full on this one. If we finish runner up, by a point or GD that will suck and we are all going to be a tad bit disappointed but when you step back a bit and look at the landscape it’s still a beautiful season mates.

It’s not over but we can all feel the wind coming out of the sail, it’s ok, it’s still a magnificent vessel and it’s been a great voyage. We are not out of it yet, just no longer favorites. Maybe that will take pressure out Geaux Gunners!
