Well boys, it was fun while it lasted.

And the way we drop points against mid-table and lower, add me to those a bit worried whether we hang on to top four.

I’m a bit pessimistic.

This game sucked. We really need of one those dribblers that we used to have that could drive with the ball

There were three or four years in the early 2010s where I was obsessed with midgets-wizards who could dribble. I still think if Santi was bought by Madrid in 2008 he would be regarded more highly. God I just want some dribblers.

Annoying game but a lot of catastrophe syndrome in this here thread

2 goals and 0 wins in last 3 games is concerning

its evident they are struggling to find their form in the final third.

Maybe its just as simple as getting Jesus back on the pitch, but team played well W/O him against the spurs and MU more recently and won.

Time will tell, but at the moment this team is at a crossroads.

I'd like to also add that I am a fan of philly sports and its been a rough 3 months. My reasons for tempering expectations are justified

Agreeing with you. Every team endures a bad run of form in the season. Timing with playing City and the top the table race just emphasizes it. Confident they'll find their stride and excited to get Jesus back sometime soon.

Im just worried that arteta isnt going to make the needed change because no manager has.

Put xhaka on the bench. I just think its so obvious to move zin into midfield and go with tierney or tomi at left back. Especially with partey out.

And if we tie on saturday, we will match our worst run of games from last season, which basically happened at the same time. Obviously, the number of games played arent the same, but it was a huge feb/March wobble.

Not a huge fan of Xhata but you have to have an experienced adult on the field somewhere. This isn’t his fault. Tomaski is a goal waiting to happen for the other team and we can’t afford that right now. And let’s be honest here or plan b has had one good game.

Everyone is going to double Saka and dare someone else to score. The last three games that’s been golden.

I also agree 100% with you on dribbling into the box. We seem to believe you have to pass 10 times before you shoot. We need someone to dribble in from the middle of the goal and either pass off at last second or go in. I think you will pick up at lot if PKs and shooting opportunities by doing that.

White back in for Tomi, and Trossard in for Martinelli. Partey still out injured. ESR making the bench.

Guess Trossard is Arteta's idea of shaking things up on the attacking end.

The only 630 match they've been open for in a long while that I can remember was the Arsenal v Everton match when Gooner Gras was in town.

Ramsdale has had two shots and given up two GD goals. WTF?

Maybe Matt Turner needs a shot

No way that 2nd one is his fault. He probably could have done better on the 1st, but come on the same guys are making mistakes each match now. The back 4 have had their heads up their asses lately.
