The Robbies saying that it wasn’t “clear and obvious” and probably shouldn’t have been reversed. Sounds about right. Was it a foul? Yeah, a soft one. Should it have been reversed as an obvious error on the referee’s part? No I don’t think so.

There is no world where that call was going to go against Man U unfortunately. Odegaard could have coughed on Erikson and VAR would have overturned it
We need to come out firing in the second half instead of being so passive like recent games. We're down instead of winning, which will hopefully help with that

We are playing decently well. Ramsdale's distribution has been excellent. We need to figure out a way of getting Jesus some space, as several times he's created space for himself or moved the ball upfield but he needs to be closer to goal.
The annoying thing about our disallowed goal is that Eriksen went over so easily that it seems incentivizes players falling over and letting VAR bail them out, as in slow-motion it seems MO8 is committing a foul through excessive contact, but in real-time, the contact wasn't excessive.

I am just being sarcastic, we are being lied too, they are clearly expanding the use and power of VAR as that is what 3rd or 4th disallowed goal this weekend. Was it a foul, probably, has he called that all game no. was it clear and obvious hell no.
Do we even know who the var officials are? There is a lot of room for shenanigans. As an LSU fan I have seen the SEC version of VAR, reply review used to help bama for years, don’t trust unknown people in dark rooms making critical decisions.

SAKAAAAA FINALLY GOT HIMSELF A GOAL

Damn I saw that coming, let’s get another goal and take home a point. We need to make our subs soon
Posted on 9/4/22 at 11:56 am to TutHillTiger
Arteta always makes his subs late.

Reminds me of Wenger subbing. Feels like it’s a cardinal sin for one of them to sub before the 60/70th minute
Posted on 9/4/22 at 12:01 pm to cwil177
Notice that they scored within 5 minutes of their sub, some ridiculous percentage of premier league goals are scored within 5 minutes of a sub, there is a damn book on it (I know because we bought it for our coach )
Somebody send a copy to Artetta. (Lol)

Ok well somebody scored within 5 minutes so rule still holds. (Lol) Well that’s it boys.
Maybe triple sub a bit much. They played well just a little bad luck and few defensive lapses

Yes it was, just put in ESR and maybe Nketiah. Don't mess with the backline like that.

Yeah that was the wrong time to do that.
But really earlier we were in control with all the momentum and sambi just gives the ball away and they score.
I would have just brought nkhetia on after that.

If I have a criticism of Artetta on this game it’s only he was out coached on the subs.I agree with Robbie they subbed as soon as some one got tired, we waited to late and its almost as though it was an afterthought with a triple sub which cost us a goal. That said they really didn’t play badly in my opinion.
ESR should come in every damn game at 60 minute level. I really thought we could have gotten a draw in this game.
The VAR call was complete bullshite too but I guess we are just let VAR officials control the league this year, so place those bets carefully mates.
