That one stings, missed opportunity for Arsenal.
Yeah, it was a very odd squad inclusion to have Elneny out there IMO. I can understand that against City or some club who will dominate possession, but this United team? No way.
Any word on when Tierney is expected back? He's been on the bench last couple matches. Tavares is fine on attack, but he is often responsible for giving the ball away in very compromising situations.

Yeah that was a huge missed opportunity especially now that united will get their coach and finish ahead of us.
Really disappointed in auba, elneny and tavares. Eleney hasnt started since last season, why just throw him in this game? Partey was bad but most of that was elneny giving him bad passes. tavares is the type of guy you throw on late in these games if you are down. Not have him way up the pitch on the second goal.

Lost opportunity for sure. Not much you can do about their first two goals other than defend better.
Odegaard scores a goal then gives it right back after that atrocious decision to slide in the box.
Tavares is fantastic going forward but if you aren't going to consistently assist or provide goals you can't be giving the ball away like he does in our final third which has led to two goals against Man U and Liverpool.
However, we are still in 5th and we knew all this young talent would have growing pains. Beautiful to watch when they are in nice form but tough with these mistakes.
The rest of December looks nicely set up for us after this Everton game away.
Take care of business the rest of the month and win your Carabao Cup Quarterfinal game and we will be solid heading into the new year which we desperately need because our January schedule is BRUTAL.
