I probably shouldn't say failed miserably. points-wise, for sure, but we could have easily taken 3 points vs Man U and Chelsea and gotten a result v City. giroud might not be the guy got big matches. when things get tense, he's not been clinical at all.

I was there Sunday for the Saints and Monday for the Chelsea match. Saw you the match before. Was there for Everton as well.

i am lying in my bed at my moms house in my tighty whities as she brings me a steaming bowl of porridge as i watch nbc sports network (dont have it back in louisiana on my tv) just had some tea. pretty sure i will fap at some point this morning. leeds plays at 11:15. my sister was here last weekend for a wedding and left me some chronic. ahh, life is good.

Well, hope Ramsey's injury isn't too bad. We were better without him today, but won't be long term.
We've got to buy a striker, though Giroud had a nice assist and Podolski was great off the bench. We need to be able to give Giroud a break when his form is off.
I'd like to get an athletic CM, as well. Arteta is great but limited.

wouldnt mind just playing poldi at striker against new castle to give giroud rest. Just swap wilshere for ramsey. that squad should be good enough to beat new castle. Would still have flamini, rosicky, giroud and bendtner on the bench.

Nah definitely play bendtner (seriously) instead of Walcott or podolski at CF.. both of them are good at their wide positions and give our naturally centered team width.
Neither are as good with their back to goal, people always see them score and assume they should just be our strikers but it's a question of matching a player to his place on the pitch.

I agree. With Santi and Ozil in the middle, the Danish Ninja could be decent.

Huge game on Sunday. Chance to finish first round of games top of the table. Chance to open another gap between us and Chelsea and/or Liverpool. Chance to prove to critics and ourselves we can win on the road against another top 8 side
