Just have to say, Arsenal looked great today. I think it'll be a dog fight between Chelsea, Arsenal, and Spurs for 3rd and 4th this year.
But you all are primed for a great season next year it seems like.

Coffee quit being nice and rational, you are killing my bantz vibe.

Not going to lie. Was a bit down at half. But Unai at least has the balls to mix it up.
That was an amazing performance and I feel Spurs were lucky to keep it within two.

Emery's approach is refreshing. We employed 3 different systems this match, all vastly different from one another. And it appeared that we had no problems switching either. Guendouzi and Torriera are fantastic buys. Also this match made me think that if we are getting rid of Ramsey, we should get rid of Mkhi too, as he's been far less productive than Ramsey on higher wages. We looked superb in the 3-5-2 that we employed after halftime. Ramsey's running from deep made Auba's opportunity.
We still need real wide players. I'm actually confident that Iwobi could play as a no. 10 in place of Ramsey, but Iwobi would need to learn to run beyond the ball more.

Hot take: I know it’s too late, and won’t happen, but I’d rather keep Ramsey and sell Ozil than vice versa. Team is just more open and play with more determination. I know you’re reading this thinking “you’re a fricking idiot “ but that’s ok. Obvious need for depth on the left wing/defense.
That’s all. Great win. Great effort. Great adjustment. I have an unshameful man crush on Torreira. London is red.

I’m somewhat of an EPL nooob so my opinion isn’t worth much but I’ve typically been underwhelmed by Ozil when I have watched him. Perhaps he is a more finess type of player but in all honesty I don’t see that as being much of a value these days. I’d argue the last couple years it was to our detriment. Adding guys like Torrerria and Lichsteiner have woken the inner beast in many of our players. To your point, Ramsey fits in that style more effectively than does Ozil.

I'd rather get rid of Mkhi than Ramsey. I actually think we are going to get rid of both of them.

If that's the route, I'd rather ditch ozil and mkhi and keep Ramsey. Get a legit wide player, and sure up the defense. And that could be done with less than what we are paying those two.

Ramsey and Ozil by themselves are way too inconsistent to build a team around. I don't mind keeping Ozil, as Emery is comfortable benching him if need be, nor would I mind keeping Ramsey, but even if we kept both, we still would need a wide player. Ramsey's great skill is his ability to run beyond the defensive line. He's been inconsistent in advanced positions, in general. My hope is that we give some of the young players a chance to fill Ramsey's role, as AMN and ESR might be able to do a job there. For a wide player, we might look at someone like Brais Mendez at Celta, or even Pulisic.

Don't forget about Reiss Nelson. He has been playing well in Germany.

That's true. I've also liked what I've seen from Nketiah.

I would love to get Pulisic but I don’t see it happening. Would literally JIMP though.

Going with a 5-4-1 I guess.

Offside goal and no red when it was clearly one. The ref is having a great match. United are out of control with their challenges.
