If it’s nondisplaced and he has no evidence of entrapment (where one of the eye muscles gets stuck in the fracture) then this will probably be treated nonoperatively. He can play with a carbon fiber mask. I’m honestly more concerned by how concussed he looked. That can take longer to resolve but average in adults is 1-2 weeks.
