I watch a lot of Argentine Superliga. Atlanta is getting a real good player. Pity was a better player in Argentina than Almiron. I know Pity played with better players at River but Lanus was pretty damn good when Almiron was there.

Source tells me that former @torontofc technical manager Bob de Klerk will join Frank de Boer’s staff at #ATLUTD. The two coaches worked together at Ajax.
de Boer also hired Orlando Trustfull as another assistant, who also was with de Boer at Ajax.

Official Mark Geiger has formally arranged it so that he can screw-over AUFC *every* game now instead of only the games that he directly officiates.

Our first pick of this year's MLS SuperDraft was Anderson Asiedu. After reading this article, I really want to see this guy have a long, successful career. He's a 5'6", ~155 lb, DCM. He was the combine MVP. Will take up an international slot until he gets a green card.

What’s up with the Pity Martinez/ Almiron situation. If Almiron stays do they still get Martinez. I read ATL hasn’t officially announced Martinez because Almiron is still there.

Somebody has to go. Atlanta could announce Pity right now if they wanted to because rosters don't have to be in compliance yet. They don't want to announce him yet because that would let clubs know that we have to get rid of someone, thus driving down Almiron's price. However it's not a well kept secret that Pity is coming.
We will need to get rid of either Almiron, Josef, or Barco since Pity is coming in. We could loan a player out, but that would just delay the current situation.
