That makes about as much sense as Chelsea apparently being confident in their attacking options.

even more perplexing is Smalling and Jones could be England's starting CB pairing next summer at the Euros.

I do think Rojo will excel at left CB.

Yeah their net spend isn't bad at all especially with the new sponsors. I'd be very surprised if they don't sign a huge name.

Doesnt help when one of your attacking youth products is filling in at LB because there are no other options available.

I read a review of the Fiorentina match and thought when I saw Traore listed at LB.

That's how bad our squad is yet we do nothing. We have basically a net spend of 0, maybe even in the black, the last 3 transfer windows and still we do nothing.

Manchester United keeper David de Gea will not be considered for the opening Premier League game against Tottenham, according to manager Louis van Gaal.

De Gea has been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid this summer after an impressive season at Old Trafford.

KDB is refusing to commit to Wolfsburg. It's starting to look more and more likely like he'll be a Citizen come the end of the transfer window.

I still don't think he heads to City. If its down to money Wolfsburg is able to match what ever.

It would make more sense for City just to let Yaya play in that advanced roll in the midfield and buy another holding mid.

Yeah money is certainly no object over there. I think it's going to come down to competitiveness though. Wolfsburg aren't going to win the Bundesliga and are all but guaranteed a UCL spot each year. City can compete for the BPL title every year and have become regulars in the UCL, right now they're a long way off from being able to compete for a UCL title, but they're moving somewhat in the right direction.

I'm indifferent on whether he comes or not, I'll be happy if he does, but it's not as if City need him at this current moment.

So Leciester City wanted Cambiasso back but instead he's going to sign with Olympiakos? Strange.

Tottenham have reached an agreement with QPR.....for the transfer of....Grant Hall

quote:

We have reached agreement with Queens Park Rangers for the transfer of Grant Hall.

The centre-back joined us from Brighton & Hove Albion in 2012 and captained our Under-21 side in 2012-13.

He made 34 appearances on loan at League One side Swindon Town the following season and spent further time on loan in the Championship last term, playing nine matches for Birmingham City and latterly appearing 12 times for Blackpool, scoring once.

We wish Grant all the best for the future.

Kevin Mirallas signed an extension. Apparently the West Ham rumors were BS.
