This makes no sense. The Dutch were ranked 9th while the Swiss were 14th on September 12th.
How the hell did they leapfrog the US, Greece, Portugal, Netherlands, and Italy (who were 4th last month)? I am beyond confused.

Only competitive loss was on PKs in the Euro, certainly an awkward way of wording it though.
