I just now noticed that you can see the NFL logo at midfield still in the England match

You would think they would've used some paint that was a little less permanent

Didn't see it posted here, but Ozil limped off injured and went straight to the locker room. No reports yet.

Can someone explain to me why Concussion Boy keeps yammering on about how the Swiss are going to be seeded? Does he not realize the Dutch are in, and if the Italians somehow drop 5 spots, they will be the team that replaces them?

Why is he even playing with Germany already in?

What is Jogi's address, Tweez?

England and Spain are 17 and 18.

Honduras, Chile, and Ecuador could be 19 through 21.

Very curious to see the European draw. Does anyone know if they will seed the teams based on UEFA ranking like last time?

If so, the French May be unseeded...let's see what tricks Platini has up his sleeve.

France and Ukraine could be in the bottom 4 while Portugal and Croatia are in the top 4. This could lead to some interesting playoff matchups.

It's based on FIFA rankings. The president of the French FA lobbied FIFA/UEFA to change the seedings by Monday.

Alejandro Moreno is a very good commentator. Besides his obvious accent, his talking points are so much better than Twellman or the British guys on this panel.

The only teams that are even close in the FIFA rankings are the Swedes and French. I wonder if they have a written policy on the draw already. If I remember correctly, the seeded/unseeded thing was decided very late last time around (as opposed to a random draw like Africa).

Speaking of which, I feel really bad for Bob bradley.

Sweden, France and Ukraine are all relatively close. We'll know by Thursday what the pots will be.

I think we are set up to see some fantastic European playoffs. France vs Portugal would be very entertaining.

damn looking at these Egypt/Ghana highlights the Egyptians kinda got jobbed by the ref.

For Bradley to get fired for losing in a playoff away leg against one of the tougher teams in the playoffs is kinda odd. At least that is what Fox just mentioned, Bradley being fired.
