I like RFK but every useful idiot spouting off the “Banned In europe” LIE and yes it’s a flat out lie, needs to learn to do a simple internet search.
Example: Red 40 banned In Europe.
Yes, that NAME of that red dye is banned. However, Allura Red and E129,is used and is the exact chemical makeup as Red 40.

You can eat whatever you want. But food companies should not be allowed to poison people. This isn't difficult, my friend. It is a simple concept. If an ingredient can be proven to cause diseases in mass numbers, not just anecdotal cases, it should not be used in foods or drinks. If you don't want to ban things that are obviously harmful to our health, because you're afraid that the government will turn that into something else, then I don't frankly know how you get through each day.
There's a reason I've given examples of things that are already illegal. Not every single law that has ever been made has been used against us in some nefarious way. And we accept those laws as common sense. If you and I are not allowed to lace someone's food or drink with something that can harm them, why do food companies get to do it? The things they put in our food, often don't even have anything to do with taste. It's just preservatives and dyes and pesticides.

Instead of banning HFC have the FDA require all foods available In the US to not only list the grams of sugar but what that gram total is compared to your daily %. That way people can make their own informed choice and are free to do so.
Only a few products do. That one Coke product, and it doesn’t matter if it’s HFC or sugar like Mexican Coke, it’s about 66% of your daily sugar intake recommended.
It’s not the type of sugar you consume, it’s the amount.

What a reach this is. There was no science behind anything that was done with covid, whether it be masks, social distancing or lockdowns. It was a violation of civil liberty for states to lock down their residents.
That does not remotely compare to this discussion, which involves NOT telling you what you, the consumer, can and cannot do, but what food companies, who are responsible for feeding millions of people, can and cannot do. Based on what, you ask? Decades upon decades of scientific research linking diseases to these chemicals. Chemicals that have no reason to be used in the first place, other than pesticides. At least we know what the purpose of pesticides are, but it's certainly not healthy. That is a far cry from the outright lies of the covid fiasco.

What's so funny? There is no science behind masks and social distancing against a virus. That was all a lie. That's why it didn't work. Just like the vaccines didn't work. Even after multiple boosters that people took. Still din't prevent anything.
