I don't see what's wrong here. I think I need more context? Sounded to me like she was passionately trying to praise the healthcare workers who have been putting forth a tremendous amount of effort during this crisis. When her time ran out, she was pushing on in order to finish what she was saying.
Maybe I am missing something here, but this does not seem like any crazy partisan attack. It seemed more like someone passionately saying thank you to all medical workers.

I will say it and I am sure I will get a bit of downvotes ,but this is why women should not be in Government. Too emotional, too illogical. She is throwing a temper tantrum and what are you supposed to do with that?
