The problem is that people don’t take it seriously enough. It’s OUR government, dipshit. If we just pass it off like it doesn’t matter, then we will get a banana republic where the politicians just get powerful a FB wealthy and will have no incentive to actually do their jobs. That’s what we have because of idiots like you.

As a republican, I really don’t understand why people can’t tell the difference between morons/terrorists storming the capitol building with the other conservative citizens that voted for Trump. It’s easy to call out what happened two weeks ago terrorism and label them appropriately while drawing a distinction to everyone else in the conservative base.
Those aren’t the same as people just as the morons in the summer destroying property aren’t the same as all people who voted Biden.
To everyone that can’t make that distinction, you’ve fallen right into the political trap they set for you.
