this minnesota case was already investigated and prosecuted by the biden doj. there's ample evidence this type of scam takes place in every state in the nation. right wing nut job media is making a stink about it because it involves brown people and is in tim walz and ilhan omar's state. that's it. just more fuel for the constant outrage machine

Is this the same DOJ that colluded with DAs in several states with the sole purpose of “getting Trump.”

It is funny that now she is talking about the "....politicization of the DoJ and FBI....", yet — to this point — every single case that has been brought and resulted in a conviction stems directly from the work of the Biden FBI and DoJ.

What was investigated and prosecuted by the Biden DoJ is the "Feeding America's Future" fraud. They did good work with that and it continues to pay off with convictions. That doesn't mean there isn't plenty of other fraud in that same community. The goal should be for the Trump 2.0 FBI and DoJ to continue the good work that the Biden folks started and continue to uncover the undeniable fraud that still exists.

This 100 percent makes sense as a good move....unless there are the exact same issues being covered up in a lot of other states.
They probably have to play dumb and 'defend' Walz because if he goes down, it opens up inquiries about other people involved in similar deals in other states or on the federal level.
