Hell, just today we had an entire thread taunting Biden for "forgetting" the name of his press secretary. Anyone with at least two functioning neurons could see and hear that he did nothing of the sort. At WORST, he mispronounced "Karine" as "Karim," and even THAT was likely just his dentures slurring a consonant. But what happens if someone provides that reasonable and objective assessment? They are "Leftist Scum," of course.

In any case, it is certainly true that a posting history that is "only" 5% anti-Leftist will SEEM "Leftist" to people who do not undrstand statistics.

Well, that and the fact that the forum majority immdiately asserts that any such post is some sort of bizarre camouflage.

Both of those "camps" (actually one is a subset of the other) are devoid of anything resembling ideological consistency. The kindest description for Trumpism that I can conjure is "hodgepodge of nativist and xenophobic nonsense, with no support whatsoever for limited government."

As to "straight ticket" voting, I have never cast one in my (long) voting history.

Update: I didn't support either of them and actively told people how shitty McCain was back in 2008. I was reviled the same way people react to me disliking Trump today.
