I hope Trump knows that sedition is not a capital offense for civilians
I hope you know a former soldier can be called back to active duty and tried in a military court and be subject to military penalties.
Mmmmkay, homo?

One has to wonder
If penis head Kelly gets called back to service……. Does he defy that order

Mark Kelly is an alleged traitor. He wants soldiers to not take orders from their superiors if they vote differently. Mark Kelly is working to undermine America's National security.

Is it your position that members of the US military should NOT be reminded that they are not obliged to follow an illegal order?
“Hey, everybody! You might want to panic and run! There could be a fire in the lobby of the theater!”

Sending a tweet is not an act of "force."
B.S.
Sedition isn’t the actual physical act, its very definition is the enticement of the physical acts of insurrection, through speech, print, or influence against the government. In this particular case, an actual tweet that this fricking traitor had the competency to hit send. No one held a gun to his head, he pressed send. And NO, advocating for disobeying lawful orders from the Commander in Chief of the United States armed forces isn’t remotely protected by your 1st amendment rights.
Plain as day,
quote:
Sedition involves inciting rebellion or disaffection against a government through speech or other actions, while insurrection is the actual, violent uprising or rebellion itself. Sedition is the "plot or incitement" that often precedes or leads to insurrection, which is the "actual violent acts". In a legal context, both are serious federal crimes

Evidently, people didn't believe serving in the military exempted Benedict Arnold.

How is telling people to follow the law and Constitution "inciting rebellion or disaffection" against the government? It seems to be...the opposite of that.

I love the mental gymnastics you go through every time there is a divisive issue and you always come out on the side of raging liberals.
If Trump would have said this about Biden’s military, you would have found numerous documents from legal scholars saying why Trump is in trouble.
You argue for one side and one side only. It’s a disgrace, especially since you claim to know about law.

How does telling people to follow the law and Constitution constitute a violation of that statute?
Isn't this done through their Chain of Command? Why the need for members of Congress to put out this message? Didn't keep Congress, DOJ and the FBI from putting a lot of American citizens through hell when Trump told them to "peacefully protest" now did it?

Better question, how is stating clear language in the UCMJ by a retired member even close to qualifying for a court martial?
If he had said you can decline a legal order, now Hegseth is onto something
