Correct. But I'm sure any secession granting will be after tax season leaving California with an additional 200,000,000,000 added to the deficit.

They should give California back to the Mexicans. If they really cared about "justice" That is.
I'll bet their concern for indigenous people falls just short of that however. How convenient for them.

Serious question: how would immigration work?
Would there be a time period where those who wanted to stay in USA could move before secession?
If two years down the road someone in Cal was like eff this shite, would they have to go through the whole process to come back

The U.S. has no prohibition on dual citizenship.
So, conceivably, they could be citizens of both the Republic of California and the U.S.A.

But do you think secession might come with a stipulation? It's not like we're talking Canada and USA here. They're willingly leaving.

I imagine that a peacefully negotiated secession would.

The day after they become an independent People's Republic of Whatever the Libs decide The Big One hits, and we let them deal with it.

So who will protect the new country of California?
Which military will keep China from invading them on the second week?

PLEASE LETS THIS frickING HAPPEN!
Then again... The US is so fricking stupid they'd send "Foreign Aid" to fund their public union pension plans.

The Constitution says that each state in the Union shall retain every power which is not by the Constitution given to the federal government.
What in the actual frick?!
The notion that a group of individuals whose goals require consolidation and growth of the federal government is citing the 10th amendment is appalling to me.
I bet 99% of the signatories openly mocked conservatives for considering the ACA provisions an unconstitutional overreach.

Get the frick out now, before Christmas - before January then you can honestly say Trump was never my President.
No, those guys were part of the Union in the last war and they were saying that it was undisolvable . Then they actively gave and supported the Union. They will get no quarter

Democrats would NEVER, EVER let 55 electoral votes leave the United States.
Ever.
Ever.

If they do it, I give less than an hour until they start crying over the loss of federal funding.

Can we kick their asses out any sooner than 2019?

45.8% of the land in CA is federally owned.

You are the dumbest bitch I've ever seen. I honestly cannot tell if you're trolling or just so woefully ignorant in regards to just about everything you have an opinion on that we suffer for it.
