Interesting is it’s the Government seeking to dismiss the indictment here.

This case is about retribution, among other things it’s what I voted for.

Just to be clear, I want them to bankrupt this 6 foot 7 fig and ruin his life just like he’s done to other people

IMO it was a stunt to sell books. But he ought to pay some price for it. He knew full well what it meant.

It's precious that you act like arranging seashells on a beach is the most heinous thing this man has ever done in his time in DC.

Unless I am missing something, I have a hard time believing that putting 8647 in rocks on the beach is an actionable crime.

There is more that he has done that should be there and charged with but i am not getting this one alone without more.

Of course not, but you wouldn’t know that from the 10 page topic we had on the subject.

True or false: it’s the only thing he’s indicted for right now.

Why would that fig file a motion to dismiss?

In his stupid video, he smugly said “let’s have a trial”

Doesn't need to "sell books"... thats a money laundering operation. The people that "buy" Comey's book are the same ones that "buy" Michelle Obama's or Nancy Pelosi's nonsense literature

Doesn’t appear from the face of the indictment that the grand jury considered the subjective prong under Counterman. Old jury instructions?

“8647”. Would it be an actionable crime if Comey or anyone else posted “Kill Trump” on social media?

Don’t know. Per precedence, let’s just go ahead and charge him and get that sucker on into the judicial process. When it’s gotten in there pretty thick, perhaps we can see the strength of the case at that point and also for shits n giggles how much he’s had to shuck out on attorney fees.

The legal process has become the punishment.

the OP once told me that law firms typically bill a contingency in criminal cases.
