12oz bag of Community Dark Roast is current $8.97 at my local HEB.

I don’t have my glasses on, but that should come out to $11.96/lb.

So the 9.15 is the straight up market price.....so if you go straight up trades on the commodity it's 9.15/ lb but HEB isn't paying the matter price. Community is not selling a 915 once the roast and transport charges are factored in to one pkg.

What you're paying for a 12 ounce of Community Bold is in line with the stated price per lb

Go to Fresh Market and get raped for the same item.

Where are the idiots who claimed coffee hasn’t been impacted by tariffs?

Here’s the headline for you fresh off the presses

“Bessent says 'substantial' tariff relief on coffee and bananas is coming soon”

President Donald Trump also promised tariff relief on coffee this week.

"Coffee, we're going to lower some tariffs," the president said Tuesday evening on Fox News. "We're going to have some coffee come in."

And we’re also going to get tariff relief on bananas.

They are very clearly rising, but in all fairness to Orange Jaba, it looks to have predated him by some time. But there has been a notable surge since his election.

Never said didn't impact. But I would argue raising wages impacts the price more. Higher production costs are why you've seen a long-term increase in coffee prices.

And high labor costs can also lead to a decrease in production. Giving you the double whammy.

A lot of you are buying already roasted coffee. So not only do wage increase of farmers impact it, but wage increase of the roasters, and wage increase of the truck drivers.

So, which President's policies sent green coffee prices soaring again?

Coffee prices have not surged 25 percent.

Trump has imposed tariffs on every coffee producing nation, and we are supposed to ignore the increase in coffee prices that we are paying. The GOP is asking too much here. Coffee prices have in fact surged at least 25%.
