From what Musk has said, it sounds like they have MM dead to rights on the manufacturing just from the data logs themselves. It may go to punitives if they’re in play. Knowing falsity and reckless disregard.

The amount of users that saw is irrelevant. MM allegedly used screenshots to pressure advertisers to pull their ads. Surely you realize the actual users that saw it is irrelevant.
