Trump never made a statement about ingesting bleach (absurd, unserious, or otherwise). This was a fabrication by communists, which the media allowed to exist.

What's scary is that Hawaii, a place which almost never has hurricanes, is fixing to have its third devastating storm this year, California is about to have its second, and the combined power of Odylis and Polo is about to hammer the deserts of the US Southwest! I know you're not serious. We've had two storms in SE Texas in the past two months. While not reaching hurricane status, they've done immeasurable damage in the form of flooding, beach erosion, and in some areas wind damage. Also, look at the nor'easters ravaging the East Coast. The one setting up this weekend from New Jersey to New England threatens to be as catastrophic as Hurricane Sandy in 2012.
New York City has literally had suckworthy weather this entire calendar year.
