Community Policing, formerly known as Neighborhood Watch. Except now when the neighbors call the cops they'll get, "we're sorry, the number you dialed 9 1 1 has been disconnected".

Lakeisha: Uh huh, well is like ya know dey be no cops no mo. You ain't hired no pro teck shun yet?
Caller: What? Please you gotta help us ...
Lakeisha: Well honey, here's what I gonna do fer you. I'll see if da coroner can make it out there before Tuesday. If not it be sometime next week cuz she gonna get her hair and nails did and then she don wanna mess dat up ya know.

50 + years of “Great Society” Welfare programs and trillions poured down a rat-hole to reduce social inequality — and here we are like it is 1968 all over again. The urban ghettos have been made irredeemable except as incentive for the best and the brightest to get the hell out.

It’s a policy designed to insure In a community that property values bottom out, violent crime spikes, businesses close and/or relocate, and tax paying citizens move out...all while elected leaders virtue signal and profit.

The sad part is... for two years they'll sweep the chaos under the rug. You'll see clickbait articles "Minneapolis disbanded police and here's how communities and black lives improved". CNN will use it as an example to push police disbandment in every city.

Occassionally, you'll see a concerned citizen on Fox blowing the lid off the cover up. But she'll be dismissed as a white supremacist looking to revert the community back to the good ole days of systematic racism...

Then one day, after we've forgotten about it entirely... bam... the pressure will mount and the lid is gonna blow... it'll be so monumental, not even the liberal media can turn a blind eye. We'll see aerial footage of a warzone. Minneapolis will be unrecognizable. BUT they'll find a way to deflect the blame on whitey... bet the house on it.

The UK model essentially. They have unarmed police for 90% of issues (domestic disturbances and petty crime), armed police for the serious shite.

Would never work here because most of the populace is armed. You'll have increasing crime and alot of dead cops if that model is implemented here.

Minn will turn to shite fast.

community based policing is a legitimate way, but there is no way Minny or most cities can do it. Some black communities already have some level of community policing but not on a metropolitan size

My post from from another thread: (I’m having a hard time processing it)

I was discussing the implementation of this disbanding and I’m having a hard time processing it when I think of all the services that the police force provides. Have they thought this through completely? Even the minor infractions:

-Auto Wrecks
-Traffic Control
-Home Invasions
-Domestic Violence
-Armed Robberies

As far as gun laws are concerned, Minnesota is a "Duty to retreat" state, which means there will be some retreating motherfrickers in the state shortly.

It means these "community organizer" types will actually have police power to force you to do what they want.
