People here always talk about how good it is until someone's killed for no reason whatsoever, businesses are paying a metric frick ton of money and a new cartel has to come in and wipe everyone out from the last cartel and set up the cycle again.

You remember Ahmaud Arbery, the Jogger?

Well, instead of being well-meaning folks that call the cops while they try to apprehend him -- next time they'll just kill him and dump his body out in a field.

When people come to ask about it, the entire neighborhood will say things like: Who? Shiiit, I have no idea.

That's basically what community based policing looks like.

Yep. Whichever group is the current majority is who makes the completely biased rules, in this case, probably Muslims. Snitches come out like roaches, hoping to curry favor with the higher ups. And, considering that Muslims are the only group on Earth that currently has open slave markets, I don't think any of this is going to help blacks.

It will literally racially segregate communities all over again. The "no snitch" culture doesn't extend to white people for the most part. However, it does extend to groups that look to control the peace (police as an example, do have similar policies). It just means that you're significantly more likely to have armed militias and neighborhood watches who shoot first and ask questions never.

And with no governing body to actually investigate, it will just lead to significantly more homicide.

Shreveport says they do it and from what I understand it means citizens who are alert to goings on in their neighborhood and report suspicious people/activity, etc. Law enforcement is still handled by police but it involves speaking more with your community and gaining their trust that they will act on your calls, etc.

In all reality, it means then sheriff's department is about to start responding to calls inside of the city and get a bigger budget.
