The CFO of the Trump org, Pecker the CEO of AMI and Cohen are all saying under oath that he was involved in every step. That's strong evidence of conspiracy.
Good point. Today's story has to be sourced through Pecker (or other AMI execs).

So how is he in serious legal trouble, then?
The same way Nixon was. Only a Presidential pardon saved him.

So is there any actual hard evidence besides the word of 2 people trying to save their own asses?
Yeah, they have the tape recordings, and all of the financial transactions....
You realize how many people are convicted of crimes in America based on much less evidence?

Interesting.
Looks like he knew about it.

In all honesty, thanks for asking reasonable questions, letting me answer you and you coming to a rational conclusion, it's a little rare in here..

This shite is so convoluted and confusing that I can't keep up with it

I've heard that the consensus is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring charges...something about the accused being too big to jail
Also, am i the only one still hung up on the fact that this guy's name is Pecker...Mr. Pecker. I'm pretty sure that's Avenatti's stage name

No way, and your way off that they got Trump dead to rights on any crime. The FEC has never found the failure to report hush money to be crime and the DOJ has never successfully prosecuted any candidate for it. The reason is because it is difficult to show that the expense was primarily campaign related because such payments have clearly personal motivations as well. If there was not that distinction, then candidates would have to fully report every single expense made during their candidacy.
So if you are salivating for the dims in congress to use a flimsy campaign finance violation as a basis for impeachment, go ahead. If a CF violation like that is enough to impeach a sitting president, then it should also disqualify every single sitting member of congress that has ever committed a single one.

Again, what does this have to do with Russia? You must still think Hillary can be the president!

Not to mention DJT has a substantial history of doing this long before he ran for POTUS

So tell me old wise one, how does the taxpayer funded Congressional slush fund work? I'm mean if we are actually talking about covering up sexual improprieties so people can continue to be in power. Let's shine a little light in there and see if any roaches scatter.

Your right. Let's also not forget that until he pulled off the greatest surprise upset in history, most lapdog libs were convinced that the only reason he was running was to bolster his post-campaign business opportunities. Thus, the payoffs could easily be shown to have been made at the time for personal and business reasons more so than campaign related.

Who GAF? He banged some skirt on the side and was willing to pay the skanks to keep quiet. Again, who GAF?
Posted on 11/9/18 at 2:38 pm to tigerinDC09
Don't give a frick honestly who Trump banged or paid.

How exactly do these fine upstanding gentlemen keep this quiet?

I thought libs were all for legalizing prostitution.
