I didn't say they should block the transaction.
But if you are a list of people that the FBI suspects as up to no good they sure as shite can flag the transaction and at least notify the FBI for a follow up.

Trump really needed to appoint a good person as FBI director. Instead he appointed James Comey's deputy assistant. WTFF? He was getting such bad advice. Probly McConnell recommended him. Every time Trump trusted the swamp, it sank him a little deeper.

Exactly. So what law can be put into place to stop these people? They were already on a list at the highest level but yet the system completely failed to stop violence.
