Having your registered agent in a liquor store isn't extremely common. It's typically the actual office or the address of an attorney or a company that acts as registered agent.

Yes and no. Most legitimate businesses have an agent or manager for their LLC, usually who set it up and don’t use their personal address for privacy reasons.

The Minnesota Star Tribune ran a story yesterday on the video and the issue. Seems that Minnesota investigated fraud in transport services over that last couple years and several people were convicted. This is just like the daycare video. The convictions have already happened.

I knew the fraud was real from the state of Minnesota. Nick didn’t discover it. He’s doing exactly what I said. Investigating it himself instead of just taking your or my word for it. I’ve seen his videos on YouTube for a few years now. He didn’t just start this last month.
The Minnesota fraud dates back to under Obama. You think that the fraud just stopped? No it’s always constant. I deal with fraud every week. Not daycare fraud but credit card fraud. Just because some people get caught doesn’t mean fraud stops.

Step 1: setup federal aid programs for illegals
Step 2: establish businesses and non profits to take advantage of federal aid
Step 3: make sure only people who are down with the cause are allowed to profit
Step 4: redirect a large portion of the proceeds to do payoffs and fund political campaigns and causes via cutouts
Step 5: takeover the entire city then state by using the proceeds to crush anyone who speaks out

No, he didn’t. That’s what I don’t cotton to. He’s proclaiming “that’s fraud” without proving or showing anything.
