No!

But we could use one to affirm gender at birth. Girls have a vagina and boys have a penis

And another one requiring every legal citizen to own at least 1 firearm, and attend training on its safety and use.

No. I would love to say something re agism and one or two other things but I have gotten a finger waved at me for my blunt commentary LOLOL.
I might check back when the election is closer so I can once again elevate the discussion.

Voting age: 25

Office age: 35 for congress, 55 for president.

No one over 75 in any office

No,that would only solve one problem. I would rather see an Amendment that requires the government to collect All taxes directly from the individual monthly. When individuals have to write a check each month, voting will become more important, individuals will be better informed, and 50% of government would disappear overnight. If people had to write a check for FICA, FIT, Gas Tax, etc., behaviors would change dramatically to the fiscally conservative viewpoint.

Who will be conducting these assessments?

The most qualified: Neuropsychologists

Neurologists only do brief cognitive screenings like the one Trump was bragging about scoring 30 out of 30 on.

No. Medical tech is advancing all the time.

80 will be the new 50 in the future.

Does ANYBODY think Joe Boden should be President at his age (yes I know there are other reasons to say no)?

That's not because of his age, but because of his dementia and the fact that he was never very bright to start with.

Trump is plenty sharp as CNN foolishly found out in the Townhall.

Yes....also throw in term limits for all elected positions and this would be the greatest amendment!

Let's knock it back about to 67.

Retire and GTFO.

I'd be ok with that. I would also be fine with a total of 25 years between both House vs what we have now. Anything less than the latter will never see the light of day. At least, we would not have some of these guys hanging around until they die in their 80s and 90s.

Add term limits to that and you’ll fix a lot of problems in this country.
