1) would NOT allow anybody over Age 80 to run for President of the United States?

2) would require anybody on the Supreme Court to retire by their 80th birthday?

... I would support that.

IF YOU SAY NO ... STATE A REASON.

Nah but I would like to see one that required a balanced budget be passed annually before any other business went before Congress...

I’d rather term limits.

No. I know many people in their 80s that are smarter than you.

If a congressman can't balance a budget, they don't deserve to run for reelection.

Limit all congressmen who can't get a balanced budget for at least half of their term.

There isn't a damn thing wrong with the Constitution as is. The problem is our elected officials refuse to follow it.

This is retarded. Believing in the original 10 amendments is admitting the Constitution was originally wrong

There are literally amendments that undo past amendments (21 vs 18).

Are you really saying the 16th amendment is good?

Cognitive assessments of all members of Congress, POTUS, VP, and Supreme Court.

RGB was 87 and had no business on the Supreme Court. Does ANYBODY think Joe Boden should be President at his age (yes I know there are other reasons to say no)?

... they will NEVER pass a balanced budget bill. It will take a disaster before it is address. Sorry for those who will be around then.

80 is WAY too old to be president. I wouldn't ride in a car driven by a 80 year old.

70 is probably too old. But I think 70 would be a better max to take office.

No, but I would support amendments for Congressional term limits, repealing the 14th, and the 17th.

I know some over 10 that are smarter than you, but I would not want them to serve as POTUS or SCJ.

It is about as likely to happen as getting an amendment that precludes someone of age from being elected...

Why would you support opening the Constitution to the amendment process for something the voters should be able to easily take care of?
