Serious question, are you retarded?

Uhhh.. how the hell are they "running" license plates? That is only available to do through the DMV.
If they are actually getting vehicle information from the plates.... the MN police have someone in the department running plates for them or the county tax office doing it. And that would be a HUGE breach of privacy. Like each check being one count of a crime.
I think they created their own database of license plates that were on ICE vehicles that their protesters had previously followed around.
I don't think they're actually tapping into DMV databases where they can see the name or address of the person the plate is registered to. More of a "hit" or "no hit" in their own separate Antifa database as to whether or not that license plate number was previously reported by another blue haired freak as belonging to an ICE vehicle.

You misspelled “lead.”

I would follow the law. Random stops by non LE is not something I would comply with.
All that being said, I would not get myself in that situation, plain and simple.

I hope that's the case.
Anyway... I hate to tell these soys... but if ICE pulls in they aren't turning them around.
It's still an amazing sight to behold watching the left turn into modern day Brownshirts.

That should be an easy and instant arrest. Driver ID info from license plates is protected under Federal law I believe.

SO what exactly do they plan to do when a SUV full of ICE agent shows up?
Posted on 2/3/26 at 9:49 am to LuckyTiger
I would be packing heat and would tell them to get out of the way or else.

Where are the local police? Some of this stuff are clear violations of Minnesota law. Blocking a public way, disturbing the peace, assault, etc.
Posted on 2/3/26 at 9:54 am to LuckyTiger
if they're stopping and detaining people without legal authority that's the definition of kidnapping and the domain of the FBI
but no I would not stop - my truck could stand to be washed anyway

In small group courses with a well-known guy (in gun/military circles) last year, and this was the exact discussion he raised had during one of our breaks.
The majority of us concluded that we would do our best to avoid all together, and beyond that it was a discussion of what your break points would be in terms of compliance if you couldn't avoid it. A lot also hinged on the location (ie, visiting in Minnesota vs. end of your street in your town). It's obviously amplified by carrying/being proficient in firearms, as it becomes an "option" most people being bullied by these miscreants aren't going to have.
But I think the reality is inescapable - it's up to us to act if the government is not doing their job if we want to keep order. But most of us won't and that is a reasonable decision because of the imbalance (we have families and invested lives, many of them don't). So the choice becomes do you throw turmoil (at best) at your family to take a stand knowing that the local officials may persecute you for it and that the local community isn't likely to rally to the cause and join in dismantling the lawlessness. Most will select no, understandably, and this stuff will continue.

Among other things, this is False Imprisonment.
I'm leaving. If they start attacking or threatening, I'm leaving less peacefully.

That is illegal. Enforce the law. Pretty simple really. Most things are pretty damn simple.

Arrest them for impersonating LEO.
