Do they? For such big damaging news they sure don’t seem to give a shite. But I’m sure you’re right, they’re actually secretly trembling in fear.

Pay $60k to an ex spook to create a fictional piss dossier?

Exactly, they actually talked about it. It MATTERED and they had to do damage control and spin.
What could possibly be different this time????

No, but I listened to Judge Andrew Napolitano speak on the matter and I suspect he knows more about the procedure than either of us.
He finds the courts willingness to bow to government demands to be both appalling and frightening.

They hyperbole is stupid on both sides.
I get that transparency matters, but how does public opinion drive the fact pattern? Release the fricking memo, work through the facts, and let the chips fall.
Stop with the stupid predictions. These folks are like a bunch of teenage girls.

This is LITERALLY WHAT IM WORRIED ABOUT. Swap out the word Nixon for Obama and you have your answer.
Now supposedly there is a memo written by Nunes that offers some evidence, but it is probably more unmasking nonsense.

If what we are hearing from the representatives, who have read the report and spoken about it, is accurate, then I suspect the news agencies that covered and protected both Obama and Clinton are in a somewhat state of shock at the moment.
The spin will come in time.

I don't think even you really believe that.

Follow the money...I guarantee you the judge(s) were on the take as well. Investigate the judges that did the granting of the warrants....there will be some extra money in their dirty fricking hands....can't do thia shite without crooked judges.

You might want to go a bit deeper than Fox News segments.
Here's a piece by a former FBI agent who now teaches national security law.

All factual assertions included in an application must be verified. This process goes through multiple levels of review.
If any facts from the Dossier were included in an approved application then that means the FBI was able to verify them and the court agreed.

And yet the rate st which they are granted is 99 percent.
Doesn't sound too hard to me.

And all we're hearing now is, "well it appeared to be true at the time." Yea
It doesn't matter if the FBI reviews id the FBI is part of the problem.

Read the article. They can't just staple the Steele Dossier to a "PLEASE FISA". Applications are vetted through DOJ before going to FISA court and are routinely kicked back to FBI when they're found wanting of insufficient evidence.

The article doesn’t matter as the accusation is that the process was corrupted over this topic.
