If things are so great why didn’t we vote for Kamala? Asking for a friend.

No country has a mesh of volume output and per capita output both in terms of GDP or manufacturing

No, you hope it doesn’t work, for the mere sake of gloating on an anonymous internet message board. Full stop.
But, JMO, you’ll ultimately be disappointed.

And that gap has widened during "globalization", which is the more important statement for this mass formation psychosis about how we've been "Screwed over" in this time.

Its going to be jet fuel for growth. Ten years from now the Hussein/Biden era will be nothing but a bad memory

He’s gloating about being #2 to fricking China. Literally bragging.
He’s living proof of how bad things have gotten.

Yet, that’s what has allowed everyone to excel at our expense.
They tariff us, and morons here support that unfair scenario.
They protect themselves, we get cucked, and somehow that makes you happy.

None of this is true.

China has almost 3x the population of the US.

If tariffs are so bad, why are other countries putting tariffs on us as "retaliation" - if they are bad doesn't that hurt them more than us
TDS in the US, for foreigners they just got diagnosed with the FO stage of leeching on the US taxpayer

It’s frightening someone can misunderstand global trade to this extent.

Gdp is the size of your economy.
Doesn’t necessarily equate to people there doing well.
We are doing well btw. But we should strive to be the best.
One of our biggest internal problems is the growing wealth inequality. The middle class didn't struggle in the past and the 0.1% didn't have as much wealth share in the past. We can pretend those things are unrelated but the reality is they aren't.
There are some relics of "old Republicans" that MAGA still clings to... probably because Trump hasn't officially pivoted from those stances just yet. But he will in the near future.
