HINT: they don't it is part of the cost of product.....hence, the American taxpayer pays for it.....

The greatest hidden tax ever. Just like higher licensing and regulation fees imposed by the government.

I'd say a little of both.

Compare that with "You'll have $1300 extra dollars next year".

Compare that to the $2,500 annual savings Obama promised with Obamacare. I am sick of the Dishonesty but it will come back to haunt the democrats.

Remind me again, how much did Obama say the average family was going to save on healthcare cost once Obamacare was passed?

I'll take it. That's more money for cigars and scotch.

Y’all love to misrepresent percentages with amounts. The top brackets of course save more money, because they’re dealing with a larger number. It’s not rocket science. It’s just grade school math.

I mean, to be honest, $50 a pay check isn't that much to most snobby liberals.

Maybe if you put it in context of something they can understand:

$50 can buy a lot of tofu, yerba mate, soy milk, kale, kombucha, fair trade organic coconut oil, "resist" car stickers, or about 10 copies of Hillary's latest book.

Maybe liberal women could finally afford their own birth control instead of demanding the government buy it for them.

Maybe they could pay down the thousands of dollars they owe in student loans on their master's degree in the history women's interpretive dance theory.

Maybe you just tell them it would be like getting $50 extra every two weeks from the tip jar at work. That would affect most of them.

Fox news number:

48% of households will get a tax cut of greater than $500.

So is you turn it around, that means that 52% of households will get a tax cut less than $500.

Does that sound lie a "massive" tax cut?

Slice and dice it any way you want, this was a massive tax cut for corporations (and their shareholders) with just enough leftovers to appease/fool individual taxpayers in order to get it passed.

In the aggregate, yes.

FTFY, but you go back to Marx and Engel, baw. It's fantastic - on paper.

40% of households pay 0 in federal income tax, so it's generous that they are even getting one dollar back

It does when you account for the fact that 47% of households pay ZERO income tax.

But you knew that already, didn't you?

Please, explain how someone who does NOT pay federal taxes, can get a tax break. It's not a fricking rebate

$50 per paycheck? That's $1200 for me and $1800 for my wife.

as far as loopholes and offshore money, some rich people are actually paying quite a bit more under the new tax plan.

More disingenuous (or I may just say flat out ignorant) numbers that don't paint the whole picture.

See, when you tell people this who are ill informed, that's how you create a narrative that people fall for. Unfortunately for you, informed posters here have already pointed out that your narrative is bullshite.
