In my kids' school, there's a teenage boy. His mom was abandoned by his sperm donor when she learned she was pregnant. This "forced her to realize that she needed to be with a woman". So she got herself a girlfriend. And the two women have been raising that boy ever since. He calls them his "moms".

Now, picture this 16 year old boy in your head. Just try to get a mental image of what he looks like...

And you're absolutely right. He's a very emo soyboy looking character. Tall and thin. Douche-swoosh haircut, dyed blue and black. Wears mascara and eye shadow. Absolutely no muscle tone (David Hogg-esqe). Skinny jeans, canvas shoes and feminine colored t-shirts. And- you guessed it- he's gay.

Tell me now, the chances that this little baby boy would have grown up to be who he represents himself to be, had his sperm donor stuck around and raised him in a household with a mom/dad relationship/marriage. How a child is raised, affects them forever. And it affects their kids too. So...

The Catholic church was infiltrated long ago by them and one of their missions was to recruit gay men to be priests.
