Women Uber drivers for women customers

Women can now request a woman driver from Uber. I don't know the exact statistics but I'm certain more women use Uber than men. That means Uber is allowing the men who drive Ubers to be discriminated against by women just because they are men.
I think Uber should be sued for allowing this discrimination against men to occur.
What do you think?

It will be interesting to see how this plays out and any lawsuits involved.
So can men only request men? What about men only requesting women? What about requesting only certain ethnicities?

Women (and men) can choose who they want for personal services for just about everything…. a massage at a resort/spa, their doctor, hairstylist, etc. etc.
Uber driver should be no different.

All those jobs involve touching the person. That's different than a job where no touching is involved.

I’m just saying lawsuits won’t hold up in court. Being in the back of a car is a captive situation and your safety is dependent on the driver.
You might feel differently about it, fair enough, but the argument of “women shouldn’t worry so much, most guys are cool” isn’t a winner in court.

I didn't say a lesbian Uber driver has raped a customer but It can happen since some lesbians have raped other women.

My sister was flying out of New Orleans and her flight was at 5 am.. She said she was taking an Uber to the airport.. I wouldn't let her and I took her myself.. No way was I going to take a chance of her getting some freak Uber driver at 3:30 in the morning....
